1. Completed the update of ruby-nokogiri and tested all reverse-dependencies for
   possible regressions. (ELA-438-1)
2. Issued a security update of nginx fixing 1 CVE. (ELA-441-1)
3. Issued a bug fix update of tomcat7 to address upstream bug BZ 64021. (ELA-432-1)
4. Investigated CVE-2021-23926 in xmlbeans and worked on a patch to address the
   problem.
