LTS report May 2021

1. Investigated the remaining open CVE in ruby packages like ruby-kaminari,
   ruby-doorkeeper, ruby-actionpack-page-caching and ruby-kramdown, backported
   the upstream patches and tested whether this breaks reverse-dependencies.
2. Finished the testing of reverse-dependencies for ruby-nokogiri, CVE-2020-26247.
