LTS report June 2021

1. Investigated the open issues in jetty9 for Stretch and Buster and prepared a
   security update.
2. Investigated the open issues in ceph and triaged 9 CVE.
3. Investigated the open issues in condor, backported and tested the patch for CVE-2019-18823.
