1. DLA-3427-1. Issued a security update for texlive-bin fixing 1 CVE in Buster.

2. DLA-3427-1. Issued a regression update for texlive-bin because of an
               incomplete fix for CVE-2023-32700 (#1036891).

3. DLA-3426-2. Issued a regression update for netatalk (#1036740).

4. DLA-3451-1. Issued a security update for pypdf2 fixing 1 CVE in Buster.

5. DLA-3453-1. Issued a security update for vim fixing 4 CVE in Buster.

6. DLA-3455-1. Issued a security update for golang-go.crypto fixing 3 CVE in
               Buster. I rebuilt 80 reverse-dependencies to check for
               regressions. I decided to upload 14 of them to Buster to include
               the security fixes.

7. DLA-XXXX-1. Issued a security update for erlang fixing 1 CVE in Buster.
