LTS report July 2023

1. DLA-3506-1. Issued a security update for iperf3 fixing 1 CVE in Buster.

2. DLA-3518-1. Issued a security update for openimageio fixing 6 CVE in Buster.

3. DLA-3520-1 / DSA-5471-1. Issued a security update for libhtmlcleaner-java fixing 1 CVE in Buster/Bullseye/Bookworm.

4. DLA-3522-1. Issued a security update for hdf5 fixing 6 CVE in Buster.

5. I backported testng7 to Buster and Bullseye which was a build requirement for OpenJDK LTS updates.

6. I reviewed 5 open flatpak CVE but decided not to take action because those
   issues were of minor severity and sometimes a patch would have been intrusive.

7. I triaged CVE-2023-34237,sabnzbdplus as no-dsa because a simple workaround was available.
