ELTS report September 2024

1. I have been the ELTS frontdesk from 16.09.2024 to 22.09.2024 and triaged
   newly discovered CVE in our supported packages.

2. I continued to prepare a release for exim4 in all three supported Debian distributions.
   The patch for one of the issues was incomplete which I noticed while testing
   the update. The release will happen a few days after the bullseye release in
   the upcoming fourty second week of the year.

3. I continued the backport of the patches for tomcat9.
