1. edk2: I could not resolve the detected regression and decided to move
   forward by backporting edk2 from bullseye. The security update is not
   complete yet but provided there are no regressions version 2020.11 will be
   available soon.

2. tomcat9: I continued the investigation into the regressions caused by the
   intended upgrade to version 9.0.107 of tomcat9. While the server itself is
   working as expected, the build failures in lucene-solr and tomcatjss
   persist. One likely root cause is the older version of the bnd tool in
   Debian buster which could be resolved by backporting a newer version from
   bullseye. Both packages are not supported though and users of ELTS should
   not be affected. If we can narrow down the underlying problem even more and
   rule out negative effects on the tomcat9 server, we should be able to
   release the update soon.
